Elderly Communication Project
We are looking for three local care homes to participate in a Test Project we would like to start.
The Family Communication Project for Elderly is an extension of our Silver Surfer program which is still in its child stages.
We would like Three Homes to go through a TEST STAGE with us, we will provide the computers and software that will be required. We will provide the technical knowledge and the training. The only outlay the home will have to make in this test stage would be the cost of connection to the internet unless the home already has a connection and then it will be totally free as we would supply the router if required.
The training is designed to slowly introduce your residents to the computer and the applications we will provide for them.

Activities
Centre including Therapy based Crafts, Arts, Music :
Torquay, Torbay Devon.
We
provide numerous activities for the elderly and disabled in the Torquay, Torbay, Devon area and we can set a
planned schedule for your residents so that the activities
follow a theme relevant to the time of year or particular
Session.
For example :-
Spring - Making Tissue Flowers, Painting/Drawing Daffodils.
Easter - Easter card making, Making Palm Cross's.
Summer - Shell Animals, Shell Pictures, Summer paintings,
Gentle Aerobics.
Autumn - Corn Dolly Making, Weaving, Basket weaving.
Winter - Christmas Card Making, Christmas Decorations, Christmas
Carols.
A Session may consist of a specific project
which we would do with the group, such as putting on a puppet
show.
We would start with gathering Ideas for the show, then making
the puppets, then writing the script and finely putting
on the show and it may all take place over a number of days
/ weeks rather than all in one go.
