Elderly Communication Project
We are looking for three local care homes to participate in a Test Project we would like to start.
The Family Communication Project for Elderly is an extension of our Silver Surfer program which is still in its child stages.
We would like Three Homes to go through a TEST STAGE with us, we will provide the computers and software that will be required. We will provide the technical knowledge and the training. The only outlay the home will have to make in this test stage would be the cost of connection to the internet unless the home already has a connection and then it will be totally free as we would supply the router if required.
The training is designed to slowly introduce your residents to the computer and the applications we will provide for them.

Transport for Disabled & Nursing, Care and Residential homes :
Torquay, Torbay Devon.
We provide transport for the disabled, elderly and for residential & nursing homes.
The new Transporter we have now can carry up to eight people. One Driver, Two front seat passengers, Three backseat passengers and Two passengers in wheelchairs.
At the moment we transport a disabled client from Brixham to Exeter every Tuesday and Thursday and are looking to expand our facilities around the Torbay, Devon area.
We are currently producing excursion sheets which gives possible excursions around the Torbay area, this will be an extension to our activities provided to residents.
The excursions will be priced by the hour so that Homes can select the time slot they work best with.
Two separate sheets are currently being produced, one with excursions to places of free entry and another with excursions to places which require entry fee or other payment of some kind.
Because our Transporter has a lift at the rear and a sliding side door, we are able to maneuver disabled and elderly passengers in and out with relative ease.
Securing straps on the floor and adjustable seat belt holders especially designed for wheelchair users, give residents an extremely safe and comfortable journey.
With windows at just the right height, the view from the windows can stimulate passengers even during the journey, and if the time allows, residents can have a lovely break at the destination.
Some places have beautiful views, whilst others, such as the Orchid Paradise are full of spectacular flora and fauna.
What ever the destination or reason for the Journey, just the trip out of the hum drum surroundings of a home makes it worthwhile for residents.
